"Worst experience I've had with any insurance company. When I signed up I was quoted without including a tracking beacon, but after I paid I was informed the rate I was charged included the requirement to use a tracking beacon. After pointing out that this was not the original agreement, they agreed to dismiss the extra charge, and yet I've continued to receive bills even after leaving for another insurance company. Response times to email were frequently abysmal to non-existant. Far below professional business expectations."
