"Worst experience I've had with any insurance company. When I signed up I was quoted without including a tracking beacon, but after I paid I was informed the rate I was charged included the requirement to use a tracking beacon. After pointing out that this was not the original agreement, they agreed to dismiss the extra charge, and yet I've continued to receive bills even after leaving for another insurance company. Response times to email were frequently abysmal to non-existant. Far below professional business expectations."

"May 3, 2018 after paying for towing on my auto policy’s for 25 years, I turned in a $450 towing bill that was rejected. My vehicle was stranded at a dealership 6 weeks with no available parts. I had it towed to another shop for repair - resulting in me putting the kabosh to Joe Jilek State Farm. Might as well change the name to Allstate - the rejected claims column looks about the same. Happy anniversary Joe - 6 years has gone by - now - for the privilege of quoting my insurance needs, that $450 towing bill will now cost you $1200. Have a nice day - Doug"
